This booklet was made out to praise the 9 winners for the Nobel Prize. It introduces the story of their background, suffering, and winning the prize to readers by Japanese 4-frame manga. Editors are PNJC volunteer staffs. We made this booklet with the highest regard and love for the 9 great winners.

I was born in Iwate. Now, I'm an artist based in Yokohama, Japan. I make art, using shiny colorful sand which is called Sunae in Japan. I'm sandy every day! Since 2007, I've been participating in many projects such as art fairs in Italy and Shanghai, and exhibits in the U.S., France, Switzerland, and Taiwan. I'm in action inside and outside Japan. My ultimate goal is to familiarize people with Sunae around the world!
